On April 8, 2010, Scott Stevens argued a case before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in Washington D.C. in a matter against the Merit Systems Protection Board.
On December 18, 2009, Kyle Nelson, along with co-counsel Collin Maloney and Mandy Nelson of Tyler, Texas, obtained a verdict in the amount of $12,518,888 in a personal injury matter before the Honorable Charles Everingham IV, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division.
On December 15, 2009, Greg Love along with co-counsel Dan Delue of Seattle, Washington, negotiated a substantial confidential settlement against the State of Washington for wrongful death of a prisoner of the State of Washington.
On January 5, 2009, Scott Stevens selected a jury in a patent case in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division, in Civil Action No. 2-06-CV-504 (TJW-CE); Freedom Wireless, Inc. v. Alltel Corporation, et al. Stevens, co-counsel with Goodwin Proctor law firm in Boston, MA, represented the plaintiff in this matter. The case settled following jury selection.
On December 1, 2008, Scott Stevens selected a jury in chemical exposure case in the United States District Court for Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division, in Civil Action No. 5:07-cv-351 (TJW-CE); Robert B. Oakley and Irene Oakley v. Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., et al. Stevens, co-counsel with Albritton Law Firm, Love Law Firm, and Heard Robbins Law Firm in Houston, represented the plaintiffs in this matter. The case settled following jury selection.
On August 20, 2008, Greg Love, along with co-counsel Glenn Douglas, obtained an arbitration award in the amount of $765, 072.00 on a traumatic brain injury case. The award was later confirmed and judgment entered by the Honorable T. John Ward, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division.
On May 22, 2008, Greg Love was co-counsel on a wrongful death case, representing BNSF and Union Pacific, in the District Court of Rusk County, Texas. The verdict was in favor of BNSF and Union Pacific.
On August 28, 2007, Scott Stevens obtained a defense verdict for a landowner who was sued by an oil company for allegedly interfering with its operations. The jury's verdict was unanimous.
On June 27, 2007, Greg Love, along with co-counsel Rex Nichols, Jr., negotiated a $1,200,000.00 settlement agreement for traumatic brain injuries received by an oil-field worker when he was injured while working on an oil field pump-jack.
On March 6, 2007, Greg Love, along with co-counsel Leighton Durham, finalized negotiated settlements from multiple defendants on an environmental contamination case. The total amount of settlements was $645,000.00.
On March 23, 2006, Johnny Ward and Scott Stevens obtained a 13 million dollar verdict in a wrongful death action in Cass County, Texas. The jury's verdict was unanimous.
On October 20, 2005, Scott Stevens obtained a directed verdict in Upshur County, Texas for a landowner sued in a premises liability matter.
On April 28, 2003, Greg Love, along with co-counsel James Holmes, obtained a verdict against Pilgrim's Pride in the amount of $1,725,000.00 before the Honorable T. John Ward, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division.
