Stevens, co-counsel with Albritton Law Firm, Love Law Firm, and Heard Robbins Law Firm in Houston, represented the plaintiffs in this matter. The case settled following jury selection.
On August 20, 2008, Greg Love, along with co-counsel Glenn Douglas, obtained an arbitration award in the amount of $765, 072.00 on a traumatic brain injury case. The award was later confirmed and judgment entered by the Honorable T. John Ward, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division.
