A Team of Experienced Texas Attorneys
Stevens Love was formed in 2009 through the merger of three firms: the Stevens Law Firm, the Love Law Firm, and Hill & Holt, PLLC. Our attorneys had previously worked together on a case-by-case basis — particularly in the areas of patent and commercial litigation. After working together successfully, the three firms decided to merge their operations in order to better server our clients.
The bulk of our practice is devoted to litigation, representing businesses and individuals throughout East Texas and often times companies both domestic and foreign. We have achieved excellent results in business and commercial, intellectual property, personal injury, oil and gas, and environmental contamination cases.
In today's legal climate, it is no secret that most litigators do not have significant courtroom experience. Our trial attorneys have extensive courtroom experience, and we prepare every case for the possibility of going to trial. We often put in substantial time and resources into case investigation and preparation before a lawsuit has even been filed, so that when the time comes, we are better able to get the results or clients need.

The Flexibility to Meet Our Clients' Needs
Our main office offices are located in Longview, Texas, conveniently situated between the federal courthouses in Marshall and Tyler. We also have satellite office space in Marshall and Tyler, for a base of operations during trials, as well as for use to meet clients. We frequently associate with out-of-state lawyers as local and assisting litigation counsel, and we have a large office complex that can easily accommodate visiting attorneys.
